Make your own townies?

I have heard that if you have nightlife you can make your own townies... does anybody have any idea how you do it? Do you need to use the boolprop cheat because i would rather not damage my PC... i have heard that it is very risky to use?

As far as I understand the boolprop cheat IS needed. You have to click on a Sim and select Spawn>Townie Maker. If you do that then a large dead looking tree will appear next to your Sim. Click on the tree and you get loads of options. After you end up generating a Townie that you like the looks of you can tell the game to keep them or kill them.
