HELLZ YEA!
So, I was lookin' over the recent crap (Exhibit A, figure the rest out yourself) and was thinking, damn, this is like one of those times when a troll post shows up at the LJ com childfree--or is it cf_hardcore?* Anyway, 'ya know what one of my favorite communities does when that happens?
POST KITTY PICTURES! And puppy pictures! And panda pictures! And tasty recipes! COOKIE RECIPES!*
Then I got this idea--why not have one big happy party to make everyone feel better? We could have lots of pretty pictures and recipes, but also games and such. Like "Find the Obscure Abortion-Related Fact" and "Is This Legit?" and "Who Said This?" We could even have prizes, as I've got nothing to spend my art-garnered profits anyway.
We don't really even need a reason, you know. When's the PCG ever had a guild event, just so all members can get together?
So... good idea? Bad idea?
*Damn Sarah Silverman and her damn cookie party song. Also, I merely lurk a couple LJ communities, so if this is some common practice, please forgive my ignorance.
