What are you currently reading?

I myself am currently reading a book called The Tender Bar, by JR Moehringer or something.

It's okay. Pretty witty. I wouldn't read it again though.

And I'm reading that book you gave me.
Plus the Burn Journals for, like, the 5th time.
And To Kill a Mockingbird for the 2nd time for English. ~_~;

Then I'm reading Deathnote.
Then I'm reading something by Dean Koontz.
And... ( Crap I never realized I read so much. ) I'm reading like the 3rd version of Alice in Wonderland. sweatdrop

I'm reading two books,

1st: The Bar Code Rebellion by Suzanne Weyn, which is a sequal to The Bar Code Tattoo
It's pretty much about a girl named Kayla who is about to turn 17 and (this is in the future) when you turn 17 you get bar coded by a company called Global-1 so that you don't need credit cards or paper money, i.d.s, ect. I don't want to spoil it so I'll just say that they are doing more then *just* putting things you want in there (money), and suddenly people are being declined service in hospitals, to purchase homes, ect.
Overall so far, Ok, first one was a little slow but the second one is pretty good because they tell you what they're putting in the bar codes.

2nd: The Invisible by Mats Wahl, translated by Katarina Tucker
This ones about a boy who finds himself invisible *of course*, and is following the police as they try and solve why he's missing and who did this to him *he's following them as a ghost and the descriptions of him while he's following is sort of creepy but at the same time interesting to read*
Overall so far: very good, looking forward to the movie *even though so far there is a big difference between the book and movie*
