i kno, its sorta unclear y hes the only one. if i remember correctly its because he was with helba, but before that he followed balmung.

From my understanding, any player (admin or no) can access the Net Slum so long as they know the path. 3nodding If you played Mutation, you know you have to turn certain directions to unlock the gate, blahblah. I've never seen a system admin not allowed to enter... just unable to figure out how to.

And to clear it up, Helba basically compiled the Net Slum. She's not an admin.

Helba is a master hacker who had hacked into CC Corps computers. She found some of their trash data amusing so she strung it together to form an area.

Helba and Kite both new they needed Lios to combat the wave, because It was written so In the Epitath.

A system admin cannot simply warp there because "it doesn't exsist" on their records...
