This is Shrine to Sasuke's first recruit into his new Team. We first see him fourming out of a puddle when Sasuke releases him. When him and Sasuke set out on their journey for the third member of Team Sasuke, they stop by "The Great Naruto Bridge" to pick up Zabuza's sword. Suigest seems to be connected with the 7 Swordsman of the bloody mist.
