	When you go out to the pet store and buy collars how do you put them on your pets?

	I think you do it by clicking on a mirror with a human Sim and choosing "Change 's Appearence" Then just click on the collar tab.

	You walk over to a mirror, then click and in the bubble and click change the look of... and click the pets name. works for babies to not newborns toddlers.
