In the Sims 2 for Gamecube....

In the sims 2 for gamecube, can you get pregnate? I know in the PC one that you can, but in the DS one you can't, and I didn't know if you could in the gamecube one. I wanted to know, since I just ordered it and I think I may have to return it. Because the best part of the sims is getting the little toddlers...they're so cute!

I own the Sims 2 for the Gamecube and believe that you CAN'T get pregnant. This is because Sims do NOT age in the GC version and children don't even exist.

Why would ANYONE want a version in which children don't exist?!
Its limited game-play!

Might I ask, can you have kids on the Playstation version?

I haven't the faintest but I'm guessing you can't have kids in any of the console versions of Sims 2. I think they were all supposed to be identicle apart from an extra eyetoy feature on the ps2 or it being HD compatible on the 360.

Dont buy console versions of the sims. only the pc one lets you have kids

But its rumoured they make the sims 3 for ps3...
