Ok, so I've seen a lot of things like 'The Sword of Literacy' or 'The Sheild of Grammer' or my personal faveorite, 'The Grammer Hammer'. So, I made this thread about those things. What kind of Weapon of Literacy do YOU use? Where did you get the idea from?

My personal favorite is my Shield of Literacy.
I got the idea after noticing that everyone else had a sword or other. I prefer to defend and teach someone who doesn't know it than attack without explaining, though some of my posts show otherwise. But as a writing tutor, I prefer to defend and explain.

A literacy weapon? Hmm....
An epic flying F50 Grammarian jet with duel spellcheck cannons that fire at twenty thousand "lol" vaporizing rounds per half-second, also loaded with "Turn your Caps Lock Off" missiles that leave literate fallout that instantly vaporizes any txt tlk, an ICGM "Txt Tlk Incinerator" that can destroy all traces of any deliberately misspelled English word within a universal radius, and of course, an internal coffee machine (can't fight txt tlk without mocha!).

I'm going with you on this! It's the perfect literacy weapon! With a coffee maker, I mean really, how much better can you get? &hearts

In fact, among my card playing friends, I was the one who was more concerned with healing and defending rather than attacking. ^.^ I've always been like that, it seems.

I simply just prefer a shotgun or a pistol to shoot those grammar-deficient idiots.

I personally think guns are awesome, and with that, Beretta, the Italian gun makers are the best.
So put a Beretta 9mm Pistol together with Grammar, and you get: The Beretta Grammar Gun!

I just have an all-purpose shoujo-mallet. Useful for all kinds of things, including but not limited to beating sense into people. It does come with extra-dimensional storage space. Nobody sees it coming =)

Personally, I think that we should just knife the retards. Seriously, nothing like a little "stabbity stab" action to make you feel better. (*rabid maniacal grin)
