Which of Deoxys's three special forms do you think is best?

Here's a debate. Which of Deoxys's three special forms do you think is best?

Attack: AMAZING Attack and Sp. Attack, great Speed, horribly low Defense and Special Defense.

Defense: The opposite of Attack. Insane defenses, but poor speed and offenses.

Speed: Average stats as far as I know, but Speed is insane!

Which is the best, and why do you think so?

Personally, I think it all depends on how you use them.

And for further discussion, should the Deoxys forms have abilities different from Pressure?

I Prefer my own creation.. Hey doesn't have a name but he is pretty kool
