I Love Books. ^-^ I Write My Own Sometimes If I Run Out Of Things To Read.. I Even Have My Own Library In My House. sweatdrop What Kind Of Books Do You Guys Like?
And I've Heard About Eragon, But My Friend Took My Only Copies I Had Before I Could Read Them. Is It Good?

Eragon is ok, in my opinion, but the movie sucked horribly. I can't believe they made the baby dragon grow up in like 5 seconds, that made no frakkin sense at all.

I loved Eragon and Eldest! I can't wait for the new book, Empire, comes out! Eragon the movie did not do the book justice, it could have been longer and a lot more detailed.

I read Eragon and am currently reading Eldest. I loved the book and did not like the movie. They left out too many characters.

Actually, I didn't think the book was that good. <.<
I thought all the characters were one dimensional, and that the only decent one was Brom. And, guess what? *spoiler for those who haven't read it* He dies less than halfway through the first book. The rest of them are just a bunch of idiots, in my opinion. >.>
The plot is unoriginal, and after Brom Died I had to force myself to read the rest of the book.
All in all, I didn't like it. <.<;
But that's all my opinion, and my opinion is rather silly.

I read both; absolutely adore them both. Can't wait for Empire!!! The movie, on the other hand, was nothing short of abyssmal in every possible way. And I say that from the viewpoint of someone who has taken a video technology class. Honestly... feathers.
I really didn't think the books were that boring; I found them interesting... although I could see how someone could get bored. After all, I've read Lord of the Rings, the Silmarillion, Watership Down, and The Three Musketeers (freaking 738 page long brick); enjoyed them all... with the possible exception of the Silmarillion. Some parts of that book I was barely able to get through.
I guess that answers the question of this thread, too... because I do actually read a lot.
