Like kawaiibunny pointed out, it's just fanart.
Someone's just basically used the idea of the Starlights and turned the senshi into guys.
I really like the second picture - very nicely done.

I like it myself. It's not the first to suggest that 'What if Sailormoon was done with the opposite? Have Sailor Sun and not moon and it all be guys with Earth as a chick.

hum, that would be rather intersting to see, Kind of sounds like my pretend world I'm Sailor Magma, Darien's protector, and me and the other Senshi are trying to find Sailor Sun. Who according to the legends is somehow related to me.

I've never seen fanart of the scouts as guys, it looks really cool. The cloesest I ever saw to these was a sketch of Chono Trigger characters dress as scouts, they had Magus as Saturn xd

But those are very nice.
