I know there is a program out there was can cut off edges of clips, and is used with AMV makers to remove subtitles. Anyone know the name of a program that does that? ^^ Thanks!

Virtual Dub Mod has a subtitle remover function. You can download it in the AMVapp. But honestly I would reccomend not using subtitled footage whatsoever. Most programs cannot make a clean cut without being obvious. It's best to use DVD rips.

If you have access to the subs than you can have access to the raws. -- Lemme know if you don't know how/where to get raw footage.

Well I would use a dvd ripper, but as my luck would have it, my little sister got rid of the program that lets me rip...>.< I would also love it if you could help me find the raws. Thanks again!

In all fairness the Vdub's sub remover is more like a Mosaic effect. It does less for the video than DZB and canned Transitions. But AMVApp has a DVD ripper in there. The best way to get footage (period.)

^^ And Pilk is right there's a DVD ripper in there. Which is actually really easy to use! ((I love it heart ))
