Of course, his life really did suck a**...
I actually used Hamlet for one of my AP essays today. I was pretty proud.

I can't really say I have a favourite 16th century writer... I'm not actually a big fan of the writing of that time period.

My Favourites Are Hamlet, Twelfth Night, Midsummer Nights Dream, Romeo And Juliet And More. XD

I have to agree with kikyo! He is amazing! I love midsummer nights dream! My favorite sonnet of his is 130 (My mistresses eyes are nothing like the sun)

Romeo and Juliet is amazing.

And I love how dirty some of his writing is. So many sexual innuendos, so little time!

Mercutio was my favorite character in Romeo and Juliet. Then he died *tear*
But really Julius Ceasar was pretty good... mostly because my english teacher this year was awsome and had us act it out but with little twists.

(*=Shakespeare did write an Antony and Cleopatra play if I remember rightly).
