 =anime  =manga so i'm reading the manga last weekend and i notice that tomoe looks much prettier in the manga than in the anime, call me crazy but she really does look prettier in the manga, YAY WATSUKI!!

I have looked everywhere for that manga but can't find it anywhere. Where did you find it?
I agree with you - Tomoe is drawn much more attractively in the manga form than in the anime form. The animators did do a good job making her beautiful in the anime though...

Tomoe in the manga is a whole lot prettier but then again... all the manga characters are prettier. sweatdrop blaugh

I believe in Jesus Christ, my Savior. If you do too, and aren't scared to admit it, then copy and paste this into your signature. I strongly prefer Tomoe's visage in the manga. She looks kind of masculine in the OVA; though given Japanese art as a whole, that's not surprising.

I'd say she looks more her age in the manga, and there's more detail.

The OVA Reflections made everyone but Yahiko look very ugly, in my opinion.
I haven't seen Tomoe in any of the other manga, though. But she is pretty in the manga!!

I think so, too, but the OAV art is a bit more realistic. Less giant eyes & gravity-defying hair. Plus her mouth isn't always as tiny as it is in that shot.
I find Tomoe's personality a lot more likable in the manga, too... I thought she was pretty boring when I watched Tsuiokuhen.
