Interesting but I'm not quite so excited about it. I like playing and watching movie clips from other simmers but I think a big, marketed movie production based on the game that's supposed to be original and customized to each individual's player's tastes might be a little bit of a turn-off for some reason. I don't know but my mindframe might change from here to then anyways.

Oh, or maybe a reality type movie. "This is what really happens when you put 7 sim-strangers together in a house." xp

I dunno, sounds really dumb to me. How is it even appealing to have a movie based on this type of game? Sheesh... sweatdrop

OH like a mystery about what happened to her!

It would be intresting if all the characters had diamonds over their heads, and walked really robotic.

Personally, I think the idea of a documentary on the Sims and the creation of the Sims would be interesting. My interpretation of the purpose of the Sims has always been that it is a parody of humanity and players are essentially taking on the role of God in creation. The Sims are a sarcastic blatant parody of human beings and the many qualities that make us humorous through God's eyes, I think.

I wonder, if there were to be a documentary, if it would focus on these kinds of aspects of the Sims, with a deeper, philosophical look perspective.

As for the reality type approach, we've already gotten a perfectly entertaining example of the "what happens when a bunch of random sims come together" with the "Strangerhood" mini-series. It was very funny. I hope the movie doesn't intend on "copying."

I dont see how they can make a movie on the Sims, I mean wouldn't it sort of be a regular movie? confused question
