You know the line from At World's End when Jack says "Four of you tried to kill me, and one of you suceeded."
Well, I was just wondering, who are the four? I know there's Will, Lizzie, and Barbosa-- But who's the fourth?

Interesting question... the only character that *was there* that could have a possibility of trying that would be Tia Dalma. Or one of Depp's men.

When did Tia Dalma try to kill Jack? Or are we just supposed to assume that she did at one point?

Okay, I've heard some people say that Tia Dalma/Calypso, the sea. The dangers of the sea try to kill Jack. Or something like that.

there was one part just a little after that though, when he was talking to Tia Dalma, and he said something about her trying to kill him, and she said "You can't say you didn't enjoy it at the moment." and he grinned and confirmed this.

Yes, I was thinking of that. I just couldn't remember when he said that.

But I just think that it's messed up if it was her too. I mean, look back at the 2nd movie. She seemed to REALLY LIKE Jack >< !!!

Whaa-- This is getting confusing. I mean, at first I was thinking Pintel and Ragetti, but they would make five. So, it probably is Tia.
Maybe the were into the rough stuff, I dunno. redface

I just saw the movie again, and in it Jack's talking to Elizabeth about how she killed him and then he turns to Tia Dalma and she says: "You can't tell me you didn't enjoy it at the time." And Jack smiles and kinda goes, "Yeah, you're right." Maybe that's implying that she did try to kill him in some... enjoyable manner? xp
