Well we all heard that Blood+ Is sort of a spin off from Blood: the last vampire, though I find that hard to believe.
I bought the Blood: The last Vampire diierctly 2002 when it was released in North America and I ADORE that film.
It was down right a**-kicking.
My point though, Blood+ is almost nothing like Blood:TLV
Sure Saya had amnesia, but when she did remember (which she did) She would pull what she did in the film, No Hagi.
There was no Hagi, No Diva, although there WAS David the previous.
I don't think there really was a red sheild, Saya mearly worked for the US military from what I watched. And she didn't have that special Sword either, it was whatever random one the military gave her.
And did you notice Saya has Blue eyes in movie? like an Ice Blue, only on the cover were her eyes brown.
And the Vietnam thing, though that is very easy to understand, hagi just came out of no where.
It would be lie, after Blood:the last Vampire
Saya probably went to sleep right after, considering the hair length, was woken up like year later not even, and thats what I think happened >.>
What are your opinions on the original Movie if you've seen it? >>

I tried watching it, but then it looked too dark and depressing, Saya wasn't well, Saya-like anymore, and the subs were so incredibly horrible that I couldn't read them at all, and there was NO HAJI. gonk
I would totally watched the whole thing if there was Haji, but NO. D:<

I like the movie it just shock me at first.
My first thoughts in the first like 5 minutes of the movie were:
"Wow what an ugly guy!" (I didn't see the hair><)
"That's a girl!?"
"OMG that's Saya!!!?"
"David!!? Lewis!!?"
Well I got use to it sweatdrop I love the animation and gore. The fact it was in both Japanese and English that was cool.
What I hated was the fact there was no Diva!! crying Haji, Riku cry ...
I think I prefer the TV show... Seems a little less confusing to me.

akari_morimoto there was no hagi and it was nothing compared to the anime series stare I don't get it, Hagi isn't even that great of a character o.O Just because it doesn't have ONE character you shouldn't judge it while watching, if you have, that is.

From what I saw in the movie, I think saya's still had her full memory when she was fighting in this movie...
~Sigh... no Haji in that movie T-T~
