I haven't seen all of Ouran High, but enough to know I enjoy it immensely.
Suzumiya, I think, is a warning against otaku behavior: Don't insulate yourself in your "ideal" fantasy world when the pitfalls and passions of real life are ultimately more fulfilling and fun!

I like the Host Club Haruhi better. Plus the Host Club's a more believeable anime than The Melancholy of Haruhi.

I like Ouran's Haruhi better than Haruhi Suzumiya. Everyone only watches Haruhi Suzumiya for the fanservice and the Hare Hare Yukai dance, and if they don't they're lying. Plus, no one can understand that anime anyways. neutral
