Employees randomly quiting?

This has happened to me twice, but it only seems to happen when my sims own resturants.

Anyway, I took my sim to hre business, and everything was running smoothy, but suddenly the waitress quit, then the host did. I was like WTF!

They were fairly paid, and both of their little mode bubbles were green.. gonk

What about breaks, sometimes they quit because they never get a break.

I've only ever had employees quit when I haven't given them breaks. Some of them have gone when their bubble was in the yellow.

I've only had employees quit because they were unfairly paid and never got breaks, heh. Sorry to hear yours are quitting for no reason.
