Family Friends Problem

	This my first post here so, yo. Anyways, I'm having trouble with gaining family friends for job promotions. It says that I need 1 more (for 2 friends)but when I check my Sim's relationships, he has 4 friends. Maybe I'm not fully understanding family friends or maybe this is a glitch. Has this happened to anyone or can anyone help me with this question?

	Are his friends related to him? Because if they are, they don't count. You have to make friends with strangers.

	Yea, as cerulean16 put it, you can't have relatives. Also, I'm not so sure if you can get promoted as fast as you could as you started the job. Every job has diffrent levels, when you get past like, the first two or three, promotions don't come as easy. Maybe you have to keep up your friendships, have a party and bring out the champain. Nothing says best friends then a room full of drunk people! smile
