The diva is, like Someboy-san said, is an NPC from nightlife. She is the rich-looking female, who is the female counterpart of Mr. Big, the rich-looking male. Both are incredibly snooty.
I have met niether, but Violetkitty on the sims 2 website has amazing tutorials for each ep, and has Mr. Big in her NL tutorial.
