The 4400 RP: NTAC V.S. Collier.

I thought it was about time someone made an RPG based on the 4400 show. If you don't know what it is than Google is the best thing in the world in my opinion. If you finished getting the basics, then we can begin.
Rules:
1: Do not copy the show. If you make a character that is like one on the show, that's just wrong. Show some imagination.
2: These people are at war. Remember this. Right now it's peaceful but since we don't have their scripts we make our own. One side will strike first and all hell will break loose.
3: I don't like censoring people so I don't normally mind what people post but for the sake of your fellow RPers, don't go overboard and started cussing everything out or be an adult movie star or something.

Bio: Got the shot three weeks ago and joined Jordan and has been with him all the way so far. He doesn't like that people are trying to stop them and wants violence. Even though Collier keeps telling him not to strike yet.
