Cheerleader injuries, Folks i just read an article that said: "cheerleaders suffer more catastrophic injuries than athletes. IN ALL SPORTS COMBINE" Folks, what are these cheerleaders doing? Ok, I can see them getting alot of knee injuries, you know, you spend that much time on them, some thing's gotta give. I'll also allow for some random joint and ligament injury too. Even the most skilled cheerleader can keep her legs apart for so long before something snaps. And then you have the after school stuff, dates, alright. Ok now that i think of it, Cheerleaders should probably cut back on their "SPORT RELATED ACTIVITIES". My advice to curve these drastic "SPORT RELATED INJURIES" are as follow:
1) Take breaks in between "CHEERING" for your favorite team. No more than 3 players at a time, for no longer than 10 minutes. 2) Know your limitations. Don't go bending a certain way just to "PLEASE" your team. I don't care how much you wanna "MOTIVATE" your "PLAYERS", safety first. 3) Knee Pads. Since alot of cheerleaders are on their knees most of the time, the proper equipment is extremely important. You can't do your "JOB" if you're in constant pain. And finally 4) Lubrication. Since your main task is "MOTIVATING" your team, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day, the proper lubrication will help reduce "SPORT RELATED RUG BURN".
If you follow these 4 key cheerleading safety tips, you will ensure yourself a bright future in the "MOTIVATIONAL ARTS". Joking aside though, isn't it sad that a bunch of cheerleaders are racking up more injuries than the entire league of Hockey. HOCKEY!! All they do is skate around on knives and hit each other with large sticks. HOCKEY! That's saying something. Cheerleading is either extremely dangerous or there's alot of ******** clumsy cheerleaders out there.
YOU DECIDED!! twisted rofl
