Bastards nearly got me killed... scream
Okay, this actually happened on Friday when I was on the way to pick up some movies, but I haven't gotten to writing it down until to-day:
I was driving down US Highway 19, statistically one of the top 10 most dangerous highways in the United States. I was parked at a red light, a few cars back, and there was a large group of people on the side of the road to my right (I was in the far right of about 4 or 5 lanes) with posters, fliers, T-shirts, buttons, and everything disgustingly propaganda-ish as such, all promoting Ron Paul's 2008 presidential campaign. When they approached my car, I smiled, mouthed "No, thanks," and waved them off (I will proudly tell people that I have no desire for a political affiliation because politicians are annoying, but I'm no a*****e). They decided it was best to not pursue me any further, which is good, and proceeded to walk around to the other cars, including the ones to my left, which started to irk me.
What pissed me off was that they kept knocking on the window of the truck to my left, because he seemed to be ignoring them. Really, he just wanted them to piss off.
To show them this, he could have waved them off as I did (good idea idea ).
He could also have told them pleasantly with a single finger to kindly ******** off, thank you very much (not quite as good of an idea, but it gets the job done painlessly wink ).
But this guy decided to be a little...creative. (For those of you who don't know what the weather's been like here, the roads were kinda wet.)
He decided to ignore the idiots until the light changed and he had some space before the car in front of him, then floor it to give them what for.
BAD. IDEA. burning_eyes
Instead of "teaching them Republican bastards a lesson" (I saw several very harsh Democrat stickers on the truck), the truck just began fishtailing out of control in the rain, very dangerously might I add, RIGHT NEXT TO MY CAR.
Needless to say, I was pissed, and thank God no-one was hurt.

Okay, I've had my rant for the day; I feel better now ^_^
