	it means a person who is v smart. heart well i recived a call from my mom's collegue today. she wished me good luck 4 the trip. i also got a call from one of the nuns who my mom takes care of. she gave me her blessing about the flight. she told me a funny story. about when one of the nuns were travling their suitcase got stolen! but the theif was surprised when the suitcase had only nun's robes in it! please pray to God that all my luggage will be intact. i feel kinda strange. one minute i wanna laugh rofl ... and the next i wanna cry crying ! So many emotions in just one body. i like the story when ur dad said to u ''When u get married we'll buy u many gifts..'' Love is a great thing sara. But i didnt know it had so many responsibiities with it. Inshalla u'll get what u want. and soon too. smile

	today we r going to my mom's friend's house. 4 saying goodbye. then we'll go to the mall. we'r pretty much going to spend the day 2gether. 4laugh im gonna miss my mom alot. lastnite i saw a dream. two couples were staying over at my house. it was like they were having a special thing or something. i saw u and some guy. weird is'nt? whee and the other couple was Roman bhai and verda baji.! freaky! eek

	whats up. me im getting better but sometimes i get this weired pain in my right foot and this sharp pain in my right shoulder blade or right hip. odd is'nt? pain b4 the actuall pain of child birth. burning_eyes

	yea i know we should. there's just lots to do round here. today we went to get my name changed to my husband's and now we have to wait for 4-6 weeks. tomorrow i've got to go to my friend's wedding at 8 at night. next week i've got to go to the school 4 an itnterview bcause it's spring break now.and on the 28th i've got to get a blood test 4 my baby . whoo...alot to do exclaim exclaim exclaim eek burning_eyes so whats up with u and sara? biggrin

	im good but my stupidass neighbors wont turn down their music. its so loud u cant belive it. and i peeked through the window and saw colored lights coming from the windows. all my other neghibors r complaning about it. what would happen if we called the police? would they tell where the call came from? evil question question there so many teenagers out there.

	im normal but my contractions are starting. meaning that im feeling some pain and it wont be more than a month or so till my baby is born. help me with something, one doctor suggested that i should bear my baby under water. what do u think? he said it woulndt harm the baby cause he breaths through his cord and he's already used to water. he says that many mistakes r made in hospitals and the doctors cheat the patients into having C-sections because they want to make more money. they dont really encourage normal delivery. i dont what to do and its driving me nuts. could u aks ur mom. maybe she could give me some advice.

	Asalamulaikum Reshme, this is aunty Tayyaba. There are many options on how to have your baby. Keep in mind, that no mater how you decide to do it, you are in charge. Write down what you decide, and make sure your mother knows what you want to do, so she can speak for you if need be. Most doctors and hospitals will ask what kind of birth you want ahead of time, but if they don't, give it to them in writing. Remember theres no one perfect way to do it. Water births are fine. Anisah stayed in water through most of her first birth and she said it helped alot. She actually gave birth in bed. She also used a birthing ball, which she said was a great help. Its a large rubber ball like people use for exercising. Sitting on the ball relieves alot of pressure on you. The main thing is that you have to stand up for your rights ! If you are in labor 12 hours, and they say thats too long, say you want more time. Its very natural to take longer than that the first time, but some doctors are in a hurry to go home so they try to rush things and might try to get you to do a c-section. The best thing to do is move around as much as possible when in labor. It helps with pain and speeds up the delivery. If you have a choice use a nurse midwife because they help you do it the way you want. Also tell the dr. ahead of time that you want a natural birth. Even if you decide later to use some drug, at least the nurses won't bother you so much during your labor about using drugs and staying flat in bed. Remember, you always have the right to change your mind. I have noticed that when nurses and drs know what you want ahead of time and think you are serious, they are alot easier to get along with. 	hi whatsup. today i went shopping 4 more baby clothes. and i bought a baby play pen that serves as a small bed and a changing counter. its light green with pink flowers. it has lights and music attachments. cool, huh? biggrin
