Ugh, i'm still a little sore today, but for different reasons-i woke up at 8:30 am, when i'm used to getting up at 12 pm or later, then i went and ran about four miles-to the track, around a couple laps, and back home, and after that i went swimming. needless to say now my stomach and torso are really sore. other than that i'm good. any comments?
