******** optimum online >_< They disconnected the internet for my house even though they had to disconnect it for the tenants down stairs and we called five minutes after they had left but they said it was to ******** bad cause they wouldn't be able to come until next morning. To take peoples s**t away they are mad quick, but to put your connection back together after you pay is non of their ******** buisness! GAH~!
