ok so i been trying to diet (not as much as changing the entire way i eat) but i have gained a few pounds gonk gonk gonk i swear...blah. this is how im going about it.....
before i start, keep in mind theses few things...
1. i ate once a day or... 2. i never ate breakfast and ate a huge dinner and a huge desert... 3. always ate really late (even 12 am once eek )... 4. ate lunch at work from the cafeteria and ate a huge dinner really late and ate junk food later and... 5. drank like 5 gallons of soda a day scream scream scream
so this is what im doing (considering i lost a lot of weight like this before)...
1. eat breakfast (small portion...smaller than i ever ate...serious stare ) 2. eating a snack in between breakfast and lunch and after dinner to keep metabolism going (small snack only like 100 calories or less than 200-250) 3. exercising by doing DDR and a few excersize moves that i had done previously when i had lost weight 4. LIMITING MYSELF TO 1 CAN OF SODA A DAY! crying crying crying 5. not eating passed 830 pm (cuz i get out late unfortunately)
i think i will change a few things like this...
1. drink water (i hate water....tastes like nuthing sweatdrop ) 2. exercise like 3 time a day instead of 2 (no idea how) 3. DRINK HALF A CAN OF SODA OR COMPLETELY ELIMINATE IT burning_eyes burning_eyes burning_eyes 4. swim as often as i can(even tho im trying to look good BEFORE i hafta use a bathing suit sweatdrop ) 5. maybe having dinner prepared before and just eating it a work(cept this takes away the family dinner time cry )
this is about willpower but i like foods...it pisses me off that there are these skinny-a** chicks that can eat mcd's every day of their life and NEVER gain the weight scream scream scream i also dont wanna be like sum chicks that only eat a salad bc they cant eat anything or they will gain like 200 pounds. I LIKE FOOD! i like to eat a lot of dif things and i dont wanna change that so ima try and alter this diet my friend is doing so that maybe it can help me a little more slower than her but the results will eventually show and i will be a lil more attractive and feel better. aieieieieieie eek well ima go swimming now! wish me luckies!
