A boy at my old high school committed suicide yesterday by hanging himself in his bedroom. While I didn't know him all that well, it's still quite a shock for this little community. He wasn't what you'd call a student who was on the honor roll or anything. I heard that he did a lot of drugs, smoked cigarettes, and hung out with the wrong crowd. He'd also recently broken up with his girlfriend.
From what I heard, he was called to the office with his ex-girlfriend and he soon fled the school and obviously went home to hang himself.
How can life be so bad that you decide to just end your life like that? I've had my down days, but I've never contemplated suicide.
