Chapter 8
Sentaro and Bella went around the village looking for Kitty and Ryo. After a few minutes he found them, he introduced them to Bella, and told them that she wanted to come with them on their journey. Ryo didn't take it too well.
Ryo: Are you nuts?! Are you really gonna let this knife-throwing b***h come with us?!
Bella: What'd you call me?!
Sentaro: Calm down. I didn't like the idea at first either, but we could use all the help we can get.
Kitty: Yea, he's right. Now apoligize to Bella-chan.
Ryo: *sighs* Guess you're right. *turns to Bella* Sorry.
Bella: Apology accepted.
Kitty: Welcome to our group Bella-chan! *giggles* I hope we get to be good friends.
Bella: *smiles* Me too.
Ryo: Okay, enough of this cheezy friendship stuff. So Sentaro, what have you got?
Sentaro: Well, I have scanned the entire country but I couldn't sense Chita anywhere.
Kitty: What?! Why?
Sentaro: Well I have two theories: One, that she's dead or-
Kitty: WHAT?! *tears up* This can't be! *hugs Bella, crying*
Bella: *holds her* There, there.
Ryo: How could you say such a thing, dude?
Sentaro: Which I doubt, since she's probably a lot stronger than before. Or two, she's somewhere out there in the world.
Kitty: *dries her tears* So how are we going to find her?
Ryo: Yea man, if your theory is true, that means we need to find some other way to travel.
Sentaro: Don't worry, I have an idea. There's a port near here, we can sneak into a boat.
Ryo: Sweet.
Kitty: Cool, we get to travel through the ocean. *grabs Bella's hand* C'mon Bella-chan, onward to adventure.
Bella: *laughs* Okay, I'm coming.
Kitty, Sentaro, Ryo and Bella head for the port. There they went looking for a boat to sneak into. Suddenly, something caught Bella's eye.
Bella: Hey guys, check that out.
They saw a huge, beautiful, wooden ship that looked like it was from the 1700s.
Kitty: Wow, it's so big and pretty.
Bella: And old.
Sentaro: Looks like a European ship. I wonder who owns it?
Ryo: Probably some rich old geezer.
Suddenly, they see on the ship a gorgeous young woman with light violet hair, tribal marks on her face, and a green left eye and a blue right eye.
Ryo: Oh my god, look at that sexy babe, and she's got a gorgeous rack. *nosebleeds* Such a beautiful goddess.
Sentaro: *hits the back of Ryo's head* Shut up.
Ryo: Ow! &&
Girl: Hey there kids, can I help you?
Kitty: Yea, we need a ship to go to another location. Anywhere really.
Girl: Well I can take you anywhere you need to go. Hop aboard.
Kitty: Wow, thanks lady. *they all get in the ship*
Girl: De nada. (Translation: You're welcome) By the way I'm Elena Sirenia, captain of this ship.
Kitty: I'm Kitty, this is Sentaro, Ryo and Bella.
Elena: Pleasure to meet you all. Why don't you all find yourselves a room while I get ready for us to depart.
Kitty: Okay! *runs off to explore the ship*
Sentaro: This is very strange.
Ryo: I know, how can someone so beautiful truly exist?
Sentaro: -_-; Not that you moron.
Bella: Then what is, Sentaro-kun?
Sentaro: I don't sense any evil in her, but something about her makes me think she isn't human.
Ryo: Then what is she?
Sentaro: I don't know, but I intend to find out.
Elena: All right guys, we're off! *snaps her fingers, wind suddenly blows on the sails, they leave the port*
Kitty: Yay ship ride! Don't worry Chita-neechan, we're coming!
Bella: Did you see that? She just snapped her finger and the wind started blowing.
Sentaro: It's just as I thought, but don't worry we're going to find out tonight.
Evening came. While Kitty was sleeping, Sentaro, Ryo and Bella were trying to find out if Elena was human or not.
Ryo: So how are we going to find out what she is?
Elena: Why don't you just ask me yourselves?
Sentaro: *turns around and sees Elena* How'd you know whay we were up to?
Elena: Teehee, I know how curious children can be.
Ryo: Children? Us?
Elena: And I knew a strong psychic like you could easily tell that I'm not human.
Sentaro: *looking surprised* How'd you know that?
Elena: *points to her nose* By your scent, silly. A psychic's scent is way different from a normal human's.
Sentaro: I see....
Ryo: So, what the heck are you?
Elena: *moves her hair back with her hand to reveal elven-like ears, removes her gloves to reveal claws*
Bella: She's a demon!
Sentaro: And if I had to guess, a wind demon.
Ryo: Holy crap, she's gonna eat us!
Elena: I'm not gonna eat you. I've never killed or eaten a human in my entire life.
Ryo: Really? Well *laughs nervously* I'm glad she's on our side.
Sentaro: Why are you helping us?
Elena: I like helping people. I've traveled all over the world in this ship, helping those in need. Been doing it for a couple of centuries.
Ryo: O_o Dang! You is one old lady.
Sentaro: *smacks Ryo in the back of his head*
Ryo: Ow! ><
Elena: Oh my, its geting late, you three should be going to bed. I know you children must have a bunch of questions to ask me, but I promise to answer them all in the morning.
Ryo: Uh, lady? We're not kids.
Elena: *ignores Ryo, skips off* Teehee, good night!
Ryo: She sure is an odd one..... *yawns* Well, I'm hitting the sack. G'night. *leaves*
Bella: Night boys. *leaves*
Sentaro: Good night. *leaves*
The three of them went to their rooms and fell asleep, waiting for morning to come, so they can ask their questions to the demon Elena.
