My pain is my friend
it stays with me constantly
I have come to love the rain
for there I can freely cry
I walk on this path of Destiny
but I stumble for I can not see in the Dark
I have given up on my dreams and wishes
they are merely a fool's illusion
I have stopped looking for the light that
is too feed my soul
I have feed on Darkness for far too long
As I come to the Cliff I must decide
Do I jump off or do I turn around and
go back and look for what I have lost?
for me to stay here would only make me hurt more
to jump off would hurt the ones that I love
to go back... wow it was so hard
but I took the path less traveled by.
