Anko had been having the same recurring nightmare.Everytime she was standing at the dock of a huge ocean,hearing voices calling out to her.The wind would violently blow and she saw the image of the man she knew all to well;Orochimaru.She ended up in a empty space,similar to a small room,as the huge doors shut and left her in total darkness,out of breath and soaking wet as a chain locked the door.She screamed in pain as she rolled on the floor,taking the pain out as she clenched the cement floor.The curse mark on her neck lit up a bright orange,as Orochimaru's devilish eyes appeared in her mind as he laughed,pleased with his new captive.
Anko woke up and quickly sat up straght,a think sheet of warm sweat covered her entre face as she gasped for air.She took her hand and grabbed her neck,where the mark silently lay,waiting to control her.The thunder outside gave a loud howl.
Naruto zipped up his orange jacket,covering the necklace Tsunade gave him.He tied his headband tight ob his head.He stepped outside onto his balcony and gave a stomp to the handle bar and shouted to those walking below him,
"Look out world,I'm gonna hit the ground running today so stand back!"
Not a single soul walkingaround stopped or even looked up at him,they all went their ways,acting as if Naruto was a ant below them.He rested his head on his hand and began whispering to himself.
"Not that it matters much.All my missions have been so lame lately!
Naruto looked down and spotted Sakura walking with her sister,Kira,and Ino.
"Geez I can't beleive it,this is so unfair!",Ino said dissapointedly
Sakura responded with,"It's not that bad!I've been training so hard lately,I can barely keep my eyes open!"
Kira stood off to the side and chuckled.
"Hey Sakura!"Naruto called out as he raced up to catch up to the threesome.Kira stuck her leg out at an attempt to trip him.He stumbled and came face to face with Sakura.Ino whimsically said,
"Speaking of lazy.."
Naruto pointed at her,then switching putting his hands on his hips."Oh Yeah?!Well last time i checked you were just sitting around in that flower shop all day!Where are Chouji and Shikamaru anyway??".
Annoyidly stated,"Off Somewhere with Asuma-sensei.Oh man I'd give anything to e out on a mission right now!"
"huh"?
Sakura said,"You see,Ino was down with a cold for a while and the guys were sent on a mission without her!"
Kira jumped in and angrily told Naruto,"So before you jump to conclusions,maybe you should start thinking of the reasons why she's not on a mission."
Ino sighed and continued,
"And I'm like,fully recovered now!If I don't blow off some steam I'll just go crazy!"
"How about using the worlds biggest blunder here?,Kira teased,pointing to Naruto.
"Hey!"
He turned from Kira,back to Ino and began.
"Hey,nothing a little training can't cure!"
Shaking her head back and forth Ino said,"Tch,not in my house!If my family ever finds out I don't have anyone to spar with,I'd be forced into helping out at the flower shop!"
"Whatever,they know you'd just skip the training if you were by yourself.
W-w-wait a minute thats not true at all!Take it back!I train by myself all the time!".
Kira,confused said,"uhh..Ino,if your supposed to be profficeint eith mind jutsus...how do you..train by yourself?"
Sakura giggled behind her hands as Kiras puzzled look faded.Just as Ino was about to speak,Shino snuck up behind Naruto,scaring him and causing him to turn red with irritation.
"Shino!!Don't sneak up on me like that!"
Sarcastically Kira added,"Awww what's wrong Naruto?,did Shino scare teeny-weeny Naruto??"Giving him her best baby-talk voice.
"Wh-What?No!I'm not afraid of anything!"
Before the argument could continue,Shino calmly started,
"Ino,Kira,Naruto,the Hokage wishes to see us.."
Ino,surprised said,"All three of us??"
"I was told to come fetch you,actually,she wants to see all four of us."
Naruto,dumbfounded said,"Kira,Ino,Shino...and me??"
Ino and Sakura looked at each other,as Kira thought to herself.
