I noticed your questions and thought I would answer them xd
(my answers will probably be nothing like what the real thing is tho)

#1) I'm not really sure what/who Al could be, but I have some kind of feeling he is related to her, like her Father who turned evil after death or something. Probably not, but It's just what I think at the moment.

#2) I'm also not really sure what the Legend would want to do with Misty, but I think he wants to use her "power" (as Al refered to) and skill to defeat the 'Group N' guys, but then again, that's probably not his real plans.
