Personality: Lurette can be incredibly dense sometimes, one of those people who things just go right over their head sometimes. But as spacey as she can sometimes be [ahaha, pun, it takes place in space xD] she is as strong willed [some may call her stubborn] as anything, and once she has made up her mind, she won't let herself be swayed, especially if it's for the wrong reasons. She is very protective of her friends, becoming incensed if people hurt or try to take advantage of them. She will sometimes cry when she thinks nobody can hear her, for she still blames herself for her brother's death.
Biography: Lurette was born into a pretty unusual family[or so we think : O]. Her mother is a scientist/architect who works with and finds alien technology, finding ways to work parts of it into the current society. Her father is a scientist, of the medicinal variety, working on cures for diseases, already having found the cure for cancer. Her brother was, like herself as she followed in his footsteps, an expert pilot. He was killed in the worst spaceship crash in history, and died in her arms when she was 12. He had said, one time when they were younger, that she would save the world, that she was an alien, and she hasn't been able to forget, although she is sure that it was only childish games. While she has a fear of actually being in a spacecraft off of the ground, she is the best pilot in their area, in a simulator. Her best friend and navigator, Riva, were called away to the very place her brother had been trying to go- Aura Academy, which is where her story really begins.
