I miss the night It's not the same here as it was back home The stars don't shine The moon is covered by the trees The night changed Every shadow seems more welcoming Less inviting but still Not a hazard The moon is more pale The harvest moon has come and gone The blood moon has yet to show I know none will be the same True I miss my night The only reason being that The night was my first love.
