I study at the Escuela de Artes Plasticas de Puerto Rico (translated "School of Fine Arts of Puerto Rico" wink . I'm in the Image and Design department, where I study and specialize in subjects such as animation, photography, graphic design and film. My goal is to specialize in filmmaking and do things like scriptwriting, storyboards, lighting (what a director of photography in a movie does), and of course, animation. It's my third year right now, as I'm aiming on a bachelor's degree. I have plans to study overseas after graduating and I'm still looking for options. Recently, I'm interested in studying in the Vancouver Film School in Canada, to study Classic Animation and Filmmaking.
My first try on animation in college was the animated short I mentioned earlier in my first entry, "The Toilet Leviathan". Everything in that short was made by me: voiceovers, backgrounds, editing, keyframes and sound mixing. It was a one-man army project, well... everybody in our class was like that too, actually, heh heh. But I had a lot of fun doing it and I think is shown in the results. Once again, it's on my YouTube account if you want to laugh a bit. (www.youtube.com/MegaGameNWatch)
I still want to keep working on animation, but right now I'm focusing on 3D modeling using a program called Maxon Cinema 4D, and I've done some things that are quite nice recently.
