Ok.
So I'm good friends with the girl who sits next to me in 2D Design and Drawing 1. Her name's Ashley. She's really nice and really responsible and mature.
She has concieved a brilliant idea.
Her idea: I'll buy a house, and get some girls together. We can all chip in on it.
She invited me to join her in this little crusade. If all goes well, she'll be a landlady, and she'll have 8 to 10 tenets, including me.
I wouldn't have to live in the dorm anymore!
I wouldn't have to deal with my roommate!
Today's occurence: Got pissed at me because she was wrong and I corrected her. Asked me why I "was being like that lately".
I soooo wanted to say: Because you're wrong, b***h.
But then she would've said something akin to, "I'm sick of being wrong! Why does everyone hate me for no reason?!"
And that would've opened up a whole new can of worms.
And I didn't want to deal with that like...5 minutes before I go to class.
So I don't say anything.
So she starts stomping around, and slamming things down, and FINALLY leaves and slams the door.
I'm so glad she's staying over at her boyfriend's apartment tonight....again.
I GET SOME PEACE!
Right. So has the coolness of Ashley's idea sunk in?
The realtor lady is so great. She isn't like Ashley's mom and every other "adult" we've told this idea too. She thinks we can do it. She wants to help us prove the world wrong.
She was showing us the house Ashley had in mind yesterday (OMG IT'S BIG AND IT HAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN!!!) And a guy and his daughter drive up to look at the house too.
Ashley, Love (other girl in on this so far), and I are sitting on the huge window seat in the gameroom going "Oh s**t, oh s**t, oh s**t."
But he eventually comes back into the game room, and says that he really didn't want to buy a house that he'd have to fix up some, since he works in remodeling, and all that.
So we get to talking to him and he gives us his business card. He said for us to call him if we needed any help remodeling or fixing up the electricity. And he wishe dus luck!
And if this doesn't work out, Ashley also talked about her, me and another one of her friends getting an apartment together.
Which would be cool too. I checked out the apartments she had in mind for that if the house plan caves. They are NICE. And very reasonably priced.
And it'll be so cool if we can pull that house deal off.
