Bio: When she was young she was an army brat, having her father and mother both in the military. She grew up on various bases and lived in them her whole life so she was used to the way things ran without it being 'normal.' When she was 14 she wanted to join into the army, naturally, but being of such a young age they wouldn't allow it. Her parents were all for it, knowing that that's what she was made for. Because she had known many of the staff for years and years they made some exceptions and she was brought in, and given no special treatment afterward.
She excelled at her training, more than most, because of her abilities they put her into special courses and higher training. She was a natural obviously, and especially with sniping. During one of her courses her parents were killed in what they thought was a fire fight in another country. They were in separate platoons and were killed a week apart. They were the only casualties, which raised some suspicions. When Devin was told about their deaths she didn't react much at all. That was thought to be due to hardly ever seeing them throughout her life.
She continued her training, refusing to take time aside for grievance. Over time, at the age of 19, she became the top trainer of the special forces. She was that good. Hardly anyone even knew about that sect of the forces, as they were hand picked and sworn to secrecy if they were brought in. She wasn't all that they thought she was, she was dealing with inner demons that were threatening to come out even though she tried her hardest to keep them under control. Bit by bit her disciples started to catch on that something wasn't quite right with her, but they continued to serve as they should.
Personality: She has a side of spunkyness to her when she's not deployed or training others. If you're on her good side then you're set, but if you're not she'll make your life miserable, and she'll love it. She's fun and jokes around when not in training or deployed, but when the time comes for her to take it serious then she goes all out. Devin loves her work, anything military, and especially weapons. When a gun gets into her hand/vision she gets that dreamy look and people know not to mess with her.
