Chapter 1:Young love, everlasting hatred |

"Can't be late, can't be late, can't be late!" Were the only thoughs rushing through Tyson's head as he rushed to pull himself together.
"Tyson, what's all the racket up there?! Your brother's trying to sleep!" yelled the voice of a very stressed woman.
"Sorry mom! Just getting ready for tonight!!" Tyson replied, tripping trying to pull on his pants.
"Ready for what?!?!"
"There's a meteor shower tonight, and I know the most perfect spot down by the lake. I'm taking Daniela down there for a picnic."
Suddenly, his mother's voice sounded much more pleasant. "Oh, ok hunny. Just be careful out there!"
Sheesh, mothers. Just then Tyson glanced at the clock, and realized a shocking truth...
"GAAH!!!! I'M LATE!!!!!!!" Tyson bolted out the door, leaped on to his bike and pedaled like there was no tomorrow.
After about 3 minutes of non-stop pedaling, and Tyson's bike's tires were down to the rim, he pulled up at a big, expensive house. I could go on about how big and expensive this house was, but I'd rather stick to the story.
ding dong
The door slowly opened, with a pretty young girl in a light yellow dress behind it.
"Tyson!" she yelled, and leaped at him, throwing her arms around his neck.
"Ack! Hi Daniela. Why are you trying to strangle me?" Tyson said, blushing the whole time
"I'm not strangling you, dumby! I'm hugging you. Can't you at least pretend to enjoy it?"
"Hmm... I think I can manage that."
As this long, romantic and slightly suffocating hug was happening, streams of light began to fall from the sky.
"Dani, we're missing the meteor shower!" He exclaimed as he wiggled free from the excessive hugging. "C'mon, I know a great spot where we can watch it!"
Tyson grabbed Dani's wrist and the two rushed down to the lake, sat by the edge, and relaxed, watching the meteor shower together.
"Hey Tyson," Dani was pointing up into the air. "What're those?"
Two large streams of light were falling out of the sky at break-neck paces. But these two were different. One was large, and had a shimmering rainbow look to it. The other was just as shiny, but it was purple and black in colour. The very sight of it put shivers down Tyson's spine.
"Dani..." Tyson said with concern, "do those meteors look like they're getting bigger?"
"I think so, but that means they're getting closer... RUN!"
The two ran farther back from the lake to watch the meteors. The dark meteor landed somewhere farther off, but the glowing one fell right in front of they young pair. Dani reached out and took Tyson's hand, saying "Ty... I'm scared..."
Tyson blushed, then shook her away. "Not me, I wanna see what this thing is!" Ty stepped closer to the shiny fallen rock. "It almost looks like... a pearl or something..." Tyson reached out to grab the so-called pearl. When he touched it, he immediately dropped it again.
"OW! That's hot! Don't touch it!"
Dani came over to look at the rock. "Ty, I'm a little wierded out, I think I'm just gonna go home... bye!"
"Are you sure? Don'tcha wanna see what this is?"
"Nope! I'm fine! I'll talk to you... whenever!" With that comment Dani ran off.
"Great..." Tyson said to himself. "This was my one chance to get closer to her..."
Ty looked down at the rock, "This is all your fault!" then kicked it hard into the lake.
"Hm! Good ridance!" Ty then walked away, when he noticed the tips of his fingers that he had touched the pearl with were glowing a shimmery multicoloured light. "What the --"
Suddenly the meteor came floating up from the lake, then flew over to Tyson in a flash of light. As it hovered in front of him, it began to crack open, then shattered. Tyson stood there, speechless, watching as the light inside the pearl swirled around, and eventually took the shape of a tall, armoured man, with gleaming golden armour and large, white wings. At this point the light was gone, showing only the mysterious, blonde figure.
Ty stood there, dumbfounded by all of what just happened.
"Umm... hi there?"
"SILENCE MORTAL!", the angelic figure said with a booming voice.
"Just because you are the vessel doesn't mean I must speak with you."
"Whoa whoa whoa, vessel? Like, a boat? What do you mean?"
"Ha! Stupid human. Let me spell it out for you. I am hunting a villian of my world, who has traveled to your world in the form of a black pearl. In order to survive in your world, we need pathetic humans such as yourself to contain our spirits. These lucky humans are called vessels. As a result of holding our spirits dormant within them, the vessels can summon us at will or use any powers we possess. The--"
"Hold up! Powers? Like... you have wings. Can I fly?"
"Of course! Shiira is the power of the imagination. Anything you can imagine, my gifts will let you do!" The spirit sounded particularily proud to speak those words. "Oh, and I should mention, to summon me forth, you need merely speak my name."
A long, awkward silence passes.
"Don't you think if I need to speak your name to summon you, shouldn't you tell me your name?" Ty said sounding fed up.
"Oh, uh, but of course! I am the legendary archangel, the spirit of light, Serionas!"
"Uh-huh... I'm Tyson Kleege, but you can just call me Ty."
"Like need to converse with a life form of merely 17 years."
Ty was highly puzzled by this comment. "Wait, you know how old I am? But how?"
Serionas sighs, then speaks. "When a spirit bonds with his or her vessel, they learn all there is to learn about them. I have access to all of your memories, like I'd ever care."
"Well seeing as you and your funky mind reading powers can hack into my head you know I'm thinking this, but I'd like to say you're a pompus a**. Hurry up and finish your mission or whatever so you can get out of my life!" Ty yelled at the angel. To Tyson's surprize, this made Serionas smirk.
"I was hoping you'd say something like that..." Suddenly the archangel turns into pure light and flys inside Ty. His voice sounds in Ty's head, "Have you seen anything strange this evening? Like when I approached you for the first time?"
"Come to think of it... there was a second pearl..."
Meanwhile, Daniela arrives in front of her large mansion-like home. But something is different, she notices there is a large crater in her front yard.
"What the hell happened here?!" She looks in the centre of the crater to see... a dark pearl, much like the one Tyson found. She slides down the slope of the crater, and grabs the pearl.
"What're you doing here??"
As she says it, the pearl shatters, releasing a beautiful, shimmering light, but at the same time, this light is cold, sinister, and dark. The light morphs around, forming a large, purple, serpentine creature with black stripes on it's side and large red spines.
"Muhahaha!" The beast cackled. "Good evening, young lady. I am Ka, I have come to this world seeking something. I was hoping you could help me find it. In return, I will grant you any wish... anything you can possibly imagine..."
"What is it that you want?" Dani says in a terrified voice.
"I'm sure you can help. I'm looking for a large, white stone, perfectly round, about the size of the seal I was placed in..."
"Oh! I know exactly what you mean! My friend Tyson found that earlier. I can take you to him if you want, but knowing him he's probably asleep. Hee hee!" As she speaks this, she giggles slightly and blushes heavily.
"So I see... you like this Tyson boy don't you?"
"Well..." Dani can't contain her blushing, but hides it with her hands.
"I shall make you a compromise. You get me that pearl, and I shall make it so you and Tyson shall be together for eternity... I can also grant you all the power you can---"
Dani cuts him off with an outburst of pure happiness.
"Ok! We can go right now! How can I ever thank you mister... uhh..."
"Please, you may call me Ka, my lovestruck little friend..." the snake then reverts into his light from and travels into Dani, which Dani doesn't seem to question.
"Muhahaha... excellent... Serionas, my dear brother, I am coming..."
