I have a condition known as Hydrocephalus...in Layman's terms it's "water on the brain". Basically what's going on is that, people with Hydrocephalus have excess fluid that is built up in the head which is restricted by little tubes in the head called "ventracles" basically, these are small canals for which fluid is taken away from the head and drained into the rest of the body.
Well, those tubes or "ventracles" have, I suspect, started to have a blockage, and are restricting fluid from flowing steadily creating hemorrhages causing abnormal headaches, numbness in my joints, mass amounts of delayed brain function, back pain, gates (difficulty moving), dizzy spells and obstructed vision; among other difficulties.
So anyways, I've told my General Practitioner (family doctor) this, and the GP has sent a request to a neurologist (special doctor that deals with head injuries). However, I just heard back from a friend of mine that is helping me through this that they got a call back from the specialist that will be treating me, and I won't be getting an appointment till around January. So what that means is that, instead of being treated right away, I'll have to go through months of all the crap that I listed in the second paragraph.
I'm not too great at explaining things...so if you're curious, here's a link listed below that can better explain what's going on.
