Looking into a future you're uncertain exists
Looking at a past that makes you hate today
Looking for answers no one has
Hoping for a future that isn't real
Hoping for a different life when you know everything will stay the same
Hoping to go someplace new, live somewhere else, meet someone...different
Always being in one place but dreaming you're in a million others
Always with the same people but dreaming of better ones
Always wishing for the same thing when you know that wish won't come true
Waiting for a life different from the one you dream of but you never stop looking or hoping or wishing or praying.
You just wait for that day...when your whole life changes to something new...
