Where angels have fallen - Poem
When I am alone, I look to the sky. Nothing to really see, or feel. I know he's is here, though. Watching me. I'm lost in my mind as I feel myself drifting to sleep, My guardians work is over. I close my eyes and begin to dream. I dream of hell. Fire. Hate. I can't get it out of my mind. I finally wake up, seeing my body is wet from sweat. I was running away from someone, something. Just like any other dream, I don't remember who I was running from.

My guardian, My hope, My love has fallen. her white feathers still slowly dropping from the ceiling. I remembered her as the moon. White as the moon. Beautiful as the moon. My terror has filled my head with only one memory of her. Blood stains, her feathers were no longer white. My mind was blocked by images of yesterday, I thought I was dreaming, So I hid under my blanket. Not a sound came from me. Not a sound in the world could move me. I was only dreaming, I would wake up soon and see her, waiting beside me for a new day, Never to be broken apart.

I wake up...I wake up...and nothing, nothing has changed. White wings shredded, red stained into them. The smell of death, a familiar face, innocent on the floor...her eyes are closed, Her eyebrows resting gently on her forehead, dress torn, arms, legs, slaughtered. I began to cry, I couldn't stand to see her anymore, her innocent face...

But, then I noticed, in her hand...I walked to her slowly, I could hardly breath when I got to her. I held her hand... it was freezing... I realized what she had in her hand, it was for me, a note. It read "Please, do not cry. I am not dead, for I was never alive..."

Digital Kittens: I wasn't inspired by anything, I was bored one summer and started typing ideas. This point of view comes from a young boy who has lost his guardian angel to the depths of hell. In the end, he realizes that she was just a fragment of his imagination. This is the day he grew up.
