"c'mon please?" Sojiro whined. "No, Sojiro. This necklace is not a toy. You wouldn't want to break it would you?" Sojiro slumped backward. "Of course not! I just wanted to look at it. Is that so wrong?" His mother sighed. "No Sojiro, its just that this necklace is special to me. Your father gave it to me and I wouldn't want anything to happen to it." Sojiro's mom smiled at him. "Why don't you go see how Sakura is doing. I'm sure she misses you." Sojiro leaped up. "Well, only because there's nothing else to do."
The Bridge

"Hey Sakura. I've been looking for you for about 2 hours." Sakura looked up from the water. "Oh, hello Sojiro. Sorry about that. I was just sitting here."
Sojiro looked at Sakura. Something changed about her. He didn't know what it was, but he liked it. He recognized that she smelled nice. He came and sat near her. "Ah, don't worry about it. Hey, do you want to go for a walk?" He didn't know why he just asked that. He had hated going on walks. The sword by his side jingled. He jumped. "Hey Sakura," Sojiro said, "Did you see that?" Sakura didn't answer. "Hey Sakura." He turned toward her. She was sitting very still. That wasn't what was worrying Sojiro. She looked fine, but she was shaking. Her eyes had grown wide. "Sakura..." Sojiro looked in the direction she was looking at. There in front of them a huge black hole, suspended in air, grew larger every second. Sojiro looked inside the hole but saw nothing. Sakura slowly reached over and grabbed his hand. "Sojiro, can we leave? Now?"
Sojiro gripped her hand and said "5..4..3..2..1!!!!"
They both sprinted across the bridge back towards the village. The now huge gaping hole followed them. Sojiro felt the prescence of the blob on his back. Suddenly Sakura screamed. Sojiro turned and saw Sakura's leg stuck in the blob thing. He tried desperately to pull her out, but he was being pulled in too. Sakura started to cry. "Sojiro help me!" Sojiro pulled with all of his might. "I'm trying Sakura!" He felt her slipping. With a short final scream, she was gone...
"SAKURA!!!!" Sojiro screamed. He rushed at the big creature. Suddenly he felt darkness around him. He tried to breathe but couldn't. "Sa...Ku...Ra." Then he blacks out.
