Hair: Aoki's hair is maroon in color. It sweeps past his shoulders and stops midway down his back.
Eyes: Deep green, they are sharp in shape and seem to pierce whoever meets their gaze. Essentially the most important feature Aoki possesses are his eyes. They feed him massive amounts of information through one glance, and are greatly attuned to high speed movements. He can track most non-Taicho level opponents with ease.
Clothing: Standard shinigami outfit. Gigai is fitted in the outfit of the picture.
Physical Appearance: Aoki is tall and fit, despite his bookworm lifestyle he makes an attempt to stay as in shape as possible through a strict training regimen and dieting. However, he is not very toned in terms of muscles definition. He has sharp facial qualities that are generally hidden by his most prominent feature, his long maroon hair. Aoki always wears a pair of reading glasses even though he doesn't really need them. He seems to be average in appeal, though many say he is genuinely handsome one he removes his spectacles.

~Personality~
Anti-social, introverted, and temperamental. Aoki wants nothing more than to read books, nothing more and nothing less. He tends to find quiet spots where he can read to his heart's content, uninterrupted. If someone breaks his concentration or distracts him from his current passage for even a second he might lash out. (This tends to be comical in fashion.) He finds people rather agitating to say the least, in his opinion they are nothing more than nuisances that hinder him on his quest for knowledge. He possesses an arrogant quality that seems to make him unappealing to others. Though this could all be just a front, even he finds himself in the need for companionship.
Despite this, Aoki possesses a brilliant mind. A prodigy in every sense of the word. He possesses the ability to observe complex phenomenon and then through sheer mental imagery, dissect and explain said events with complete understanding. This of course requires exceptional focus and mental capacity, a testament to Aoki's intelligence. Along with an eidetic memory, Aoki is second only to the 12th Division in terms of sheer intelligence.

#30. Shitotsu Sansen (嘴突三閃, Beak-Stab Triple Beam)
Forming a golden triangle with one's finger, it shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his or her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle.

#37. Tsuriboshi (吊星, Suspending Star)
Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors it to nearby objects with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.

#58. Kakushitsuijaku (摑趾追雀, Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows)
Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.

#61. Rikujōkōrō (六杖光牢, Six Rods Prison of Light)
Summons six thin, wide beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. The target is then unable to move any part of their body including the parts that were not struck by the beams.

Binds the arms of a target. According to Hachigen Ushōda, physical strength alone should not be enough to break out of a level 60 Bakudō, however Kensei Muguruma was able to free himself from this Kidō while in his Hollow form.

The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger. Rukia Kuchiki and Byakuya Kuchiki both used this spell and rarely other Shinigami as well.

Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to #31, but over a wider area and with more power. Another version of this spell has been seen in "Bleach: Heat the Soul 5", used by Byakuya, that sends a kind of pink colored attack to the opponent, that looks really like his zanpakutō; however, we hear Byakuya saying "Sōkatsui" (even if it sound somehow like that "Sōkatsuki" wink

Essentially a doubled version of #33 (labeled as #73 in anime), this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety

Hoho
Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash steps)
A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow.[2]. The focal point that determines the bases of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to achieve higher speed and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time.
~Zanpakuto~
Name: Gyakuten (Reversal)
Shikai: Released with the command, "Reflect them, Gyakuten." Aoki's zanpakuto takes on the form of 4 small, round, mirrors that float behind him. Each mirror has the ability to absorb and redirect an element, specified by the character inscribed on the back. (One for Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.) These mirrors can be sent flying forward like projectiles in a manner similar to frisbees and can stretch to meet the need of Aoki's will... provided he supplies the right amount of reiatsu. Of course since they reflect, light based attacks are highly ineffective on all the mirrors unless backed by superior reiatsu. It is possible to break the mirrors, if a mirror absorbs the wrong element it will try to send it back only to break itself. This can also happen if an enemy's attack possesses a superior amount of reiatsu, the strain causes the mirrors to crack making them incapable of performing their job until they can mend themselves. The rate at which they repair themselves varies with the amount of damage sustained.*
Abilities:
Disappearing Act- Using his reiatsu, Aoki stretches the mirrors until they connect and form a giant sphere around him. The result ends with all the light refracting around him and granting perfect invisibility. The rate at which this happens is surprisingly fast, in the blink of an eye he's gone. Though it doesn't hide his scent or reiatsu signature, it provides an excellent means to catch enemies off guard. He can hide other objects as well, like his other mirrors should he choose.
Smoke and Mirrors- Using his shikai's ability to stretch and reflect, Aoki can make projections of himself appear to confuse and befuddle the enemy, or he can copy something else like the enemy themselves. These images are absolutely identical, apart from the fact they have no physical form that is.
Sword in Half- Aoki merges his mirrors into a razor thin Odachi which he wields proficiently
Is This Your Card- Aoki's basic ability to absorb elemental attacks and redirect them back at the opponent.
Bankai: "Reveal to them the depths of their soul, Gyakuten no Idaina Sekai (Great World of Reversal)"
Aoki's bankai takes the form of 12 identical mirrors. Once released he essentially becomes the 'Master of Mirrors', all of his basic abilities have been amplified to the point where he can perform two or more at the same time. For instance he can disappear and at the same time project the image of himself somewhere else. With bankai released the mirrors gain a strange quality which can only be noticed if they shatter. The glass of the mirrors possess a toxin that makes the enemy hallucinate if enough of it is taken in. The toxin affects the mind, forcing it to feel like everything has been reversed for a short period of time. Aoki's most powerful ability is to transfer from mirror to mirror like teleportation. This of course is incredibly draining, and even more difficult to pull off if the mirrors are spread out but it allows him to be anywhere his mirrors are in an instant.
Abilities:
Where'd He Go- Aoki stretches the mirror closest to him and turns it into a portal, these mirrors are connected through small network of tunnels. Which he can use freely. Essentially turning each mirror into a teleporter. This move can only be used if there is light in the area refracting of the mirror. [can only be used once every 4 post]
Funhouse- Aoki uses the shards from a broken mirror to make his opponent hallucinate by having the shards embed in their skin. Once the toxin seeps into the bloodstream, the effects cause them to think everything is reversed. [effects only last two posts]
Warm The Stage- Essentially what Aoki uses to set the stage for his final attack. Aoki uses 6 mirrors to hide the presence of 6 others already in motion to surround the opponent. The mirrors slowly grow and stretch around the enemy creating a giant sphere that confuses the enemy with distorted reflections of their inner self. [Takes 3 posts to form]
Grand Finale- Aoki's finisher. Once his opponent has been caught in Warm the Stage, Aoki moves the remaining 6 mirrors into position. In a grand fashion he signals the cue for the sphere surround the opponent to shatter. Shooting thousands of glass shards to shred the opponent into pieces from all directions, whatever is not embedded in the opponent is funneled into the nearby mirrors and reshot through another mirror.
