Of particular interest, for those who want further background and context, the Federalist papers are recommended, as they provide much of the reasoning and arguments for the particular structure and nature of the government laid out in the constitution and the subsequent amendments that were attached to it.

Get to reading so you don't come off as an ignorant moron when you try to argue something is unconstitutional when the opposite is true (government regulation of the economy, for instance), division of church and state is a fabrication (when division of church and state is inherent to the first amendment), and so on.
