I'm really sorry to have been away for so long but I've been incredibly busy. Not only that but Hypno has been busy too. Although he has been neglecting his writing to play some PS3 games. Not that I blame him but still... So, without further ado I give you the final entry of October the third. This was when Helen and I continued on our journey. It isn't a very exciting entry but I hope you'll like it all the same.
As the vampire was turning to bones and ashes, I began to slowly step towards Helen to see if she was fine after her fight. I was glad to see her but it was also a bit unnerving to see her go all out against the vampire like that.
Maybe it's partly because I don't use a tough weapon such as a morning star to battle, I'm not sure. What I was sure of however, was that Helen definitely needed some time to calm down but I also needed to make sure she was all right.
As soon as I got a bit closer she heard me and took a ready position but as soon as she saw it was me she put her weapon down. You could tell she looked a bit disappointed to see me though. It was as if she was thinking something along the lines of: "Oh... it's you". You know?
So after she realized it was me she asked me what I thought was doing coming back as she headed towards her wagon. I said to her: "well I'm still concerned with your well being so I had to make sure you were still headed to find the members of the Belnadez family".
She turned around just as she reached her wagon and told me she didn't need my help. Then she sort of looked at me strangely and asked what had happened to my dragon. At that point I had forgotten that my dragon wasn't with me because of the shock of what I had witnessed.
I told her all of what had happened during our time apart and how my dragon had to stay behind at a place where it could be healed and nurtured. I don't know what made Helen change her mind (she seemed reluctant to continue our travels) but after hearing me say that she sighed and told me she would be willing to accompany me to get my dragon back.
I had to decline as my dragon wasn't gonna get better any time soon and it would be quicker to just collect my dragon on the way back to Almeria. She agreed and told me she was looking forward to finding out who that mysterious person was (the person she had unwillingly killed because she mistook him for a vampire).
As we both got on the wagon I applied my usual good humor and asked her if she had missed me. I don't know if it was because she was younger but she seemed to laugh at my joke and didn't really comment on it. At that point I knew she was gonna be all right and I didn't need to worry so much about her. That pretty much wrapped up that day as October 4th was just around the corner. It was almost midnight after all you know...
And that's it for the third day of October of that year. Did you like the way it was written? Hypno is hoping you do cuz it can't be all fighting you know, ha-ha. But anyways, I'll try and come back at least once a month to add something. Wish me luck why don't you? Later and be well friends! wink
