The Truth Hurts

Everything passes by me in a rush. Every word, every sound, everything a blur. I was getting dizzy, getting lost in my mind. My knees felt weak and I fell to the floor. The pain was killing me. Eating me from the inside out. Literally.
My skin broke and tore, ripping itself, and I screamed. The pain was unbearable. I had to end it. I slid across the floor into the kitchen. I reached up and opened a drawer. I locked my fingers around the knife and pulled it out.
A shot of pain reached up and ripped my stomach, and I fell once more. I picked up the knife again and slid it across my throat. I could feel, I could hear the blood gurgling at my neck. Everything was going black. Then....I was gone.
