Friend. Someone you can relate to, talk with about your problems, and make you feel happy. There are many kinds of friends. The common friend; or acquaintance, is someone you see on a day to day basis and greet. The good friend; one that you can spend time with more often and share personal information with. Finally, the True Friend. This friend will always stay by your side, help you through hardships and help you to move past troubles. These friends are rare to come by and their potential may even lie in someone you don't know. Everyone out there, has the true potential to become another's true friend. So why isn't there much out there?
The answer is simple. The judgment of one's persona, or public face. So many people look at the outer shell of a person and judges them that way. Sure, if they look like a delinquent, they might truly behave that way. However, cliché archetypes may define who that person is. A bad character with a heart of gold. Judging a person in the wrong way, may end up to missing a chance to finding your one true friend or in some cases companion.
A companion can be led to different things. But what I'm talking about is your 'soulmate' if that helps. Your companion may be one of your true friends, or lie in the midst of unknown faces. In another entry I said that the companion is your other half. The one you can't live without no matter what.
True friends and Companions are easy to find. Even if you haven't met them there is a certain pull you will have towards them. A bond of sorts. The best thing about this bond is that it's unbreakable no matter what. Sure, it may twist, stretch, bend, or be tested to all exents...but if that person is truly a friend or companion. They'll stay even if you say go.
"The stars are the greatest of all light. They shine the path we walk and show that no matter what, we are not alone in our journey"
"If the darkness overcomes the light, we have not lost. We shine brighter. So they don't fall into it. I may lose some, but I'll save many."
