So, 58lbs down after my week of drinking and day of bad foods. Only gained 1lb, time to get back on the ball of things and eat and drink healthy. Went for a 3mi bike ride and then the skies opened up and rained the whole ride. Hopefully I will get another 7mi in tonight.
Aside from literally working my a** off, I wrote my thousand word narrative and shocked my Professor. I'm really loving college so far. Tonight I get to work on my psych paper about how addiction affects behavior and the brain. Should be a good night of school progress.
Last but not least, because I'm short on words today (for once), 28 more days till I fly up and see Gray. I miss the hell out of him and it'll be nice for some one on one (will shove Ian in a closet) couple time. Been feeling pretty low now that my family has moved away and I'm stuck with this bitter old bat of a grandfather, so I think this visit will do me some good.
