Working at Starbucks made me realize how much I hate most people. I'd smile, greet customers, take orders, make drinks, and everything else that comes with the job. The job itself is wonderful. Great even. BUT PEOPLE... There is nothing remotely right about this feeling of entitlement. Honestly speaking, it matters not what status and wealth is to me when someone tries to cut someone off or believe he/she ought to get something for being simply oneself. That's a really selfish and ignorant manner of thinking. I hate it. I hate people for thinking they ought to be entitled and that every wish is mine to grant. No thanks. I signed up for a job not to be a slave.
This entitlement made me realize who are the hard working individuals, the sincere, the kind souls, from those who are wretched and bitter. Bitter attitude only brings about bitterness. If one is entitled then what makes that individual anymore special than the last?
